[1.20.1] Request: Make Creative Upgrade Support All Tiers (Including Evolved Mekanism)

Right now, the creative upgrade only supports tiered factories from this mod (And Evolved Mekanism Extras). But could you make it at very minimum support the Creative Tier from Evolved Mekanism? Right now, factories of the creative tier can't run as fast as other tiers with the creative upgrade can.

The same code will generate the bug you mentioned earlier in 1.20.1, but it won't in 1.21.1. I'm not sure about the specific reason. Perhaps I will implement your suggestion on 1.21.1

It would be very nice if you could add support for ALL machines, not just the tiered factories. The creative upgrade is really useful!
