standardize() fails when input data contains a column named "source"

When using ltertools::standardize() with a dataset that includes a column named "source", the function produces incorrect results (the "source" column name is removed).

@lkuiucsb from the data that you emailed me, it looks like the "source" column is not retained in the standardized data because there is no corresponding "tidy_name" for that column in the provided key. Regardless, there was the potential for an error along these lines because of some internal order of operations stuff that I've now fixed.

To Resolve

Use the development version of ltertools by loading lter::ltertools in the initial librarian call of all relevant scripts. Should look something like what is below.

librarian::shelf(lter/ltertools)
