Release v0.3.0 to PyPI after PR #2 merges

Once PR #2 is merged:

• uv build
• source .env && uv publish (token in .env as UV_PUBLISH_TOKEN)
• Tag/release v0.3.0
• Sanity check: uv tool install voice2text pulls Parakeet + mlx-lm and runs

Follow-up from PR #2 (#2).

Release validation completed on ccea1eb:

• uv lock --check, Ruff, 49 smoke tests, config/backend self-checks, and native Swift typecheck passed
• uv build produced wheel + sdist; Twine checks and metadata/content inspection passed
• clean temporary install from the built wheel installed voice2text 0.3.0 with parakeet-mlx and mlx-lm; v2t --help ran
• PyPI 0.3.0, the v0.3.0 tag, and the GitHub release were confirmed absent before publication

Blocked before publication: UV_PUBLISH_TOKEN is not available in the process/login environment or expected local credential stores on this host. The tag and GitHub release were intentionally not created, and this issue remains open.
