Open on run

Today I worked with Lustre and a prototype I built in plain HTML for a page. I noticed a small quality-of-life feature of the dev server I use in Vim. It opens a tab automatically in my default browser when I start it.

I would like to contribute a similar feature to Luste. Is this interesting for the Lustre dev tools?

This sounds like a nice QoL improvement but I think I would like to gate it behind an --open flag (at least initially).
