Build command is not working on Windows

When running gleam run -m lustre/dev build command on a plain project on Windows, Bun binary is downloading but later is failing to run with the default path.

Downloading Bun v1.2.22...
   Verifying download hash...

I ran into a problem while trying to run the Bun binary at the following path:

  ./.lustre/bin/bun-windows-x64/bun.exe

If you are trying to use a local binary, make sure the path is correct and that
relative paths are relative to the project's root directory.
