add card type: ov-chipkaart

Ov chipkaart is a transit card system in the Netherlands. Busses and trains use it, but all info is also stored localy.
the old ones used mifare classic, the new ones I think ultralight, and the disposable ones use I think either.
The disposable ones also have an authoritative "times traveled" and you can override it for free rides 🤦🏻‍♂️.

The format was cracked a long long while ago, you can find articles. It contains what subscriptions you have,
The balance, the ten last actions, name, personalsised/not and expiration date.
I understand if you don't want to add disposable spoofing, but if I can read the balance that would be great.

Hey, so there are different variants for your system as you've mentioned. I can add the mifare classic variant to metroflip, but if it's the SLE-66, impossible.
