Rav kav read error. Select file failed: 6a82

Hi. Thanks for the great initiative.
Since your app is finally included in the latest momentum firmware - I've tried your app (the latest ATM version 0.4) on 2 rav kavs I have.
It fails to read both even thought the metrodroid does read them, and they do work.
The trace logs are below. The error seems to the Select file failed: 6a82. I've reread the card for the second time to see if address changes. It doesn't even after the reboot.
Let me know if I can help in any way more to solve this.
I see the file it tries to read is on the card. So it may be because the cards are anonymous, maybe it was tested only on named ones?

Hey sorry about your problems, currently rav kav is being worked on and upgrading due to these very issues. I hope it will work by v0.5, thanks for your patience!
