Version 0.4.0 tagged but not pushed to the Puppet Forge

A few month ago, version 0.4.0 was tagged:
https://github.com/lvicainne/puppet-opendkim/releases/tag/v0.4.0

(This is the only tag on the repo)

But the Puppet Forge does not know about it:
https://forge.puppetlabs.com/modules/lvicainne/opendkim/readme

Can you please submit this version to the Puppet Forge?

I am using this module lvicainne-opendkim in Beaker acceptance tests workflow of my SMTPD profiles. The helper beaker/module_install_helper use only forge and not a git repository. With module lvicainne-opendkim published on the forge today, i can not validate my profile with puppetlabs-stdlib 9.x.

If a new version of the module is submitted, it will be greatly appreciated.

I've setup a CI to ensure the next tags are automatically uploaded to the forge
