IncusOS now has a fairly large number of API endpoints, but there's really no testing framework in place. We should introduce a suite of tests to exercise each API to ensure it works and doesn't accidentally regress.

I don't think we'd want to run the whole suite on each PR or commit, but an overnight or weekly run would probably be sufficient.
