the code execution cannot proceed because vJoyInterface.dll was not found

i keep getting the error
(The code execution cannot proceed because vJoyInterface.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem. ) i have reinstalled and verified that i have the files and if i try to download a newer version of vjoy its immediately flagged and if i get around it being flagged it is flagged by windows 10 and deleted

I resolved this by dropping OcuJoy.exe into the vJoy install folder. I then created a shortcut to launch OcuJoy.
