How strict is the "Github" requirement? Can it also be GitLab or Codeburg? Or is this specific for a reason?

I rejected a few apps from my intial list due to them not being on github so if this can be resolved ill have another contribution soon!

Currently the GitHub requirement is intentional.

TermuxHub’s metadata pipeline automatically collects repository information such as:

• stars
• forks
• open issues
• pull requests
• README content

All of this is fetched through the GitHub API and processed by our automated CI workflow. Because the pipeline depends on GitHub endpoints, repositories must currently be hosted on GitHub.

Supporting other platforms like GitLab or Codeberg would require implementing separate API integrations and workflow changes, which isn't supported at the moment.

However, if a project is mirrored on GitHub, that mirror can be used.
