In version 2 the file name is not provided automatically and the user is asked do provide one, failure to do so results is the loss of the recording.
This is not good for an app which is supposed to be used in emergency situations.
By default the file name should be when the recording started.
For example if at 17:39:42 of September the 24th I save the last hour of recording, the default name should be
Echo - 2025-09-24 16.39.42 or Echo-2025-09-24T16.39.42
Notice how the timestamp in the file name has been regulated to match the time the actual recording starting time.
Echo should calculate this automatically.
