Repeating the same mistakes as have been seen and corrected in the past

So much code repeats the same mistakes. In different languages, different projects, different platforms, and different use-cases. This issue isn't about trade-offs but about code that isn't informed by mistakes made previously in similar circumstances.

Educate more about architectural and algorithmic wrong-turns, better criteria for boundaries in modularity.
