Fix for dissapearing recipe in technology tree and crafting menu

Decided to upload my fixes (+ a QOL map setting) to a fork of the project.

Noticed the github repo is outdated, so I also included all of the files that were in the latest available release of the mod in the mod portal.

The fix is in relation to Issue #2.

Hmm, the repo wasn't updated for 5 years. Not very wise to expect this PR to get merged.

The mod on the portal was changed for 2 more years.
And the changes do actually seem substantial - including many conflicts with this PR.
P.S. Ah, the first commit of this PR contains all the latest mod portal changes but squashed and with line endings in data.lua changed...
But at this point - the mod portal version is also dead.

I've uploaded all the missing (from GitHub) versions present on the mod portal to the mod-portal-state branch in my fork.
That way if you @ash-dvlpr (aka. @xero08?) or anyone else would like to continue the mod - you can add my fork to the git remotes and fast-forward to that branch.

Not planning to do that myself anytime soon. Also haven't checked what has actually changed in those versions...
I was just cleaning up my custom mod manager (if you can call a 500-line PWSH script that), saw a sanity check trigger weirdly, and decided to investigate.
