recommended upgrade path from node 16 to 18? #81

Hi there we are using this integration in production and it has helped us become a strong mailchimp user for user communications, so congrats on that accomplishment.
I noticed that the version of this integration we installed uses node 16 which is soon to be deprecated.
I also notice that in this repo the version has been updated to 18
However, not being super experienced with managed integrations in GCP I'm not clear what is the "correct" path for us to update this integration? Any suggestions on how to upgrade in place?
