UI Arabic Internationalisation

Summary

Arabic UI Internationalisation is missing.
I could lead the dev (for RTL layout) as well as the translation efforts (strings etc.)

Motivation

Arabic is a major global language with over 400 million speakers, serving as an official language in 26 countries.

thanks for your proposal. I can add Arabic to our weblate instance (https://translate.mailcow.email) - no problem. The issue is that we dont have any special Arabic flag in our repo https://github.com/mailcow/mailcow-dockerized/tree/master/data/web/css/flags + https://github.com/mailcow/mailcow-dockerized/blob/master/data/web/css/build/007-languages.min.css
Only for countries such as Algeria.
I googled a bit and found https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_the_Arabic_language.svg, but I have no idea if we could use it to cover (all) countries which speak arabic. Futhermore I dont know if mailcow supports RTL out of the box.
