Description

When opening admin panel it says there is an update but in fact no updates are available.

Steps to reproduce:

Open admin panel and it says randomly (sometimes) that there is an update.

It happens randomly... Sometimes it never displays, sometimes displays. Even in mobile browser too.

Probably this is an access issue of your network to api.github.com, where the version number etc is pulled from. You can check it in your browsers web development tools (ctrl-shift-I)
The version info you see in the browser is completely pulled and rendered by the browser, not by mailcows servers.
