Speed comparison with lidR

The [readme](https://github.com/manaakiwhenua/pycrown/blob/master/README.md#purpose-and-methods) mentions that pycrown offers a 'moderate improvement' in speed over the R package lidR. Do you happen to have any benchmarks comparing the speed of the crown delineation algorithms between packages? Thanks!
