Documentation for using podman-mcp-server with podman hosted in designated WSL2 distribution. 

I saw no information on using podman-mcp-server with a designated WSL2 distro containing podman. 

We are a large enterprise that implements podman with a custom, managed wsl2 image. This image works fine with the devcontainer wsl2 remote plugins on vsc. I'm looking to understand how podman-mcp-server will work on windows if podman has Not been installed with podman-desktop.
