Error ImportError: cannot import name 'url_quote' from 'werkzeug.urls' #94

After installation when I wanted to start the chatdocs ui I got an error:
ImportError: cannot import name 'url_quote' from 'werkzeug.urls'

I fixed the error by changing the Werkzeug package version from 3.0.1 to 2.3.7:
pip install Werkzeug==2.3.7
