Collin was on a Tor electron server and it was too slow during blame verify... so the check_input_electrumx timed out.
Not only should timeouts not pose an issue, but also we probably want to blast out all the queries in parallel since they can be so darn slow to respond. We also don't want to have any of this cause us to miss the end of the blame verify window.
