Switch Toggles off, with out state change

I Hope this makes sense.

I have some zwave switches in homeseer that are picked up by home assistant ( only when not running HS as a service).
If I toggle the switch on from the controls tab, on the device info page the switch turns on, After a short delay the toggel returns to the off state. The switch remains physically on. To switch if off i must toggle the switch on the on state then back to the off sate.

If however, i click on the name to bring up small windows with all the history/setting/menu tab. Using that toggle, icon correclty corresponds to the physical state of the switch. The text and the history tab show the light is off.

Is there anything I should change to get the icons/histoty etc to correctly show the state of the switch?

How strange, all seems to be working as normal now! I have done nothing
