0 minute walking times with same source & destination between most connections

Describe the bug

This. I do not need to walk zero minutes from Rotterdam Central Station to Rotterdam Central Station.

This probably isn't an issue with bahn.expert, as the same thing also happens on Öffi and Navigator on iOS, but a simple .filter(x => x.length != 0) would be a nice UX improvement.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. An example route: https://bahn.expert/routing/8400058/8800004/0/, but seems to happen almost everywhere

Expected behavior
No 0 minute walks!
