[Bug]: Running Error in MTP example #702

What happened?
Dear developers, I have encountered a problem during my mtp run, which is really strange, as you can see in the following screenshot:
As you can see, there are lots of nan appeared, and after like 10 minutes of running (which is misleading as it seems it was running OK but actually it was not), I received the error message shown in the error.out file as attached, which is so weired as the file data.json should be OK, as I downloaded it from the maml github notebooks mtp example, as I want to make sure it is not caused by my own input files (both the input json file and the py file are downloaded from the notebooks mtp example).
I'm really confused now, and could you please help me and give me some advice so I can fix the problem? Many many thanks! (I have attached the files related, and some of them are ended with .txt just to upload them, and hopefully they can help)
