[Feature Request]: Universal calculators need to be explicit on the model

Problem

Right now, the universal calculators such as MACE, GRACE, ORB do not specify the actual version or dataset which they are trained. This is unlike TensorNet-MatPES-PBE-v2025.1 which is explicitly indicated.

Proposed Solution

The list of universal calculators should include the exact model information, e.g, MACE-MPA or MACE-MP0, GRACE-2L-OAM, etc.
