Problem

Mathesar's newsletter will be a useful source information for users about new features and updates to Mathesar. Currently there isn't a great way for users to be aware of this newsletter outside of the marketing website for Mathesar

Proposed solution

Add a link to https://mathesar.org/mailing-list in Mathesar's UI to make users aware of the newsletter.
