Add syntax examples to Mongo-Shell labs

Problem:

The exercises in these labs contain lots of operators and methods. It is not always clear what the syntax is to use them, or what parameters are acceptable, as well as their return values.

Proposed Solution:

Include an overview of that information before diving into the example queries.

Documents to be worked on

• Basic Mongo.md
• Intermediate Mongo.md

Steps to prevent recurrence:

None planned, we are going with MVP to get 🚢 ready and will purposely revisit docs to implement this iteration after v1.
