Page title changes in Confluence shown as description changes in Mattermost notifications

When the title of a Confluence page is changed, the subscription message in Mattermost only shows the updated description under the "What's Changed?" section. It does not display the fact that the page title was modified.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a page in Confluence and subscribe to it in Mattermost.
• Change the page title in Confluence.
• Check the "What's Changed?" section of the notification in Mattermost.

Actual Result:
Notification shows description was updated even though it was title which was updated.

Expected Result:
The notification should clearly show that the page title was updated.
