Description

Power-ups currently use the same visual design across all levels. Should they be themed to match each level's environment?

Current State

Same power-ups across all levels. This is intentional for v1.

Options

  • Universal (current): Consistent iconography, simpler to maintain
  • Themed: Beach level has sunscreen as shield, forest has mushrooms as speed boost, etc. More immersive but requires per-level art.

Recommendation

Keep universal for now. Revisit when new levels are added and level count justifies the art investment.

Low — deferred
