Flickr could not connect, status code: 403

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.call the service of provider.flickr
2.login with my account of yahoo and I give my permission
3.return status code 403



What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
token and secret
instead: status 403

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
social-4.4.jar
social-android-3.2.jar
os: android kk (4.4.2) and lp (5.1)
