Configure OIDC in 0.11.0

OIDC was working correctly prior to version 0.11.0. Release notes mention minor changes in README, but it's not clear what that change is. I had the following env variables configured prior to 0.11.0 in kubernetes deployment

              value: https://authentik.domainname/application/o/netvisor/
            - name: NETVISOR_OIDC_CLIENT_ID
              value: <removed>
            - name: NETVISOR_OIDC_CLIENT_SECRET
              value: <removed>
            - name: NETVISOR_OIDC_REDIRECT_URL
              value: https://netvisor.domainname/api/auth/oidc/callback
            - name: NETVISOR_OIDC_PROVIDER_NAME
              value: Authentik

documentation says to configure oidc.toml. I have the following in my oidc.toml -

oidc_providers:
  - name: authentik
    slug: authentik

    client_secret: <removed>
    issuer_url: https://authentik.domainname/application/o/netvisor/
    redirect_url: https://netvisor.domainname/api/auth/oidc/callback

Where should this file be located? /etc/netvisor/oidc.toml ????

Documentation is just not clear on how to configure OIDC in the newest verison.
