Omschrijf het probleem / Describe the bug

When one creates a digitaalAdres, it is mandatory to provide omschrijving.
This doesn't seem very useful. Usually it's not much more thatn 'telefoonnummer' or 'e-mailadres'

So wouldn't it be better not to make it mandatory?
