Add new category / sub-category on the fly while adding a record

Feature Description

When adding a new expense / income record, if the item belongs to a new category that is not available yet, I had to go back to setting to add it first and need to re-enter all the details (date / amount / shop, etc) again.
It would be great if I can add new category / sub-category during adding record on the fly and use it immediately.

That's a good suggestion, but I think users don't often add new categories when adding new transaction, especially when using ezBookkeeping's built-in category presets.

In contrast, tags are added much more frequently, which is why ezBookkeeping allows users to create new tags directly when adding a transaction.

There's also another reason: creating a new category requires more information, and the interaction design for adding one during category selection wouldn't be very user-friendly.

As a user that is migration from another service, having the ability to add accounts/categories on the fly would be really good
