When a brep is scaled (say by a factor of 1000), the edge tolerances don't get scaled with it and it becomes invalid. At the moment if I convert back to OnBrep, execute SetTolerancesBoxesAndFlags and then convert back it is "valid" and I can add to the document. Could this method please be added to rhino common (apologies if I'm just not seeing it).
Cheers,
Jon
