Grids on a per-page basis

Define a command \grid{} that draws a grid on the background of the page on a per-page basis, rather than drawing the same grid on every page.

My workaround is creating a single page and include it with \includegraphics or \includepdf. Note that \graphpagestyle.pdf needs to be created before multipage.pdf. So, you might need to run make all twice after creating multipage.tex in examples/ for multipage.pdf to be created successfully.
