OpenAI not working - Request Failed. APIConnectionError

Hi,

I have mealie installed on an Unraid system via the ghcr.io/mealie-recipes/mealie:nightly repository.

I have added the variables via unraid - see based on the backend configuration on https://docs.mealie.io/documentation/getting-started/installation/backend-config/#openai

But I keep getting the "OpenAI request failed. Full error has been logged. Exception: "OpenAI Request Failed. APIConnectionError: Connection error." when I test OPENAI via the Debug option in mealie.

Can anyone give me a hint what I am doing wrong here.

(I have a paid openai account and I removed the openai key in the screenshot)

For debugging purposes i would delete all env vars but the Api Key and try again.
