Cleanup unused theme colors

As @jmar910 previously suggested, we should clean up our original theme color palette, once we have fully migrated to the use of Tailwind color util classes on

• conduit-ui
• platform-ui-v1
• mx-ui-components

Please remove the following theme colors from ui-base:
