Make is mandatory for copying the files from sources to build

Today I noticed that for copying the files from sources to build make is needed, also if in this repository there is nothing to be compiled.

We should do that cmake and make install are sufficient

make install should be sufficient and should call make if needed. If this is not happening probably there is some wrong dependency somehow?
