Create the feedstock repo for r1-models

Task description

We need to create the feedstock repository similarly to:

• https://github.com/conda-forge/ergocub-software-feedstock

This would be useful for me to understand the whole process, and we will have the conda packages of r1-models

For doing so we need to open a PR with the required files here:

• https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes

We have the r1-models-feedstock repo

Among many hats that I have, I also have the hat of staged-recipes reviewer. : )

So I can anticipate one feedback: I am afraid the r1-models name is a bit ambiguous. There is no r1-models package among other package managers (see https://repology.org/projects/?search=r1-models&maintainer=&category=&inrepo=&notinrepo=&repos=&families=&repos_newest=&families_newest=), and this is good! However, if one search R1 models on Google, it mainly gets results about the:

• UniTree R1 robot (https://www.unitree.com/R1/)
• DeepSeek-R1 LLM model (https://huggingface.co/deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-R1)

To avoid ambiguities, perhaps it can make sense to rename this repo something less ambigous, like iit-r1-models or something like that? One option is to just use a different name for the conda package (so having iit-r1-models conda package and the r1-models repo, but it may be more user friendly if the name match.

One option is to just use a different name for the conda package (so having iit-r1-models conda package and the r1-models repo, but it may be more user friendly if the name match.

About this decision I would involve also @pattacini and @randaz81 that will be interested in the potential change of the name of the repository

Ack, in the case the internal decision is to stick with r1-models, I would advise to use a more specific name for the conda package/feedstock (such as iit-r1-models or similar).
