Campaign Reports shows the timezone instead of dates #210
Description
On Campaign Reports instead of dates it shows the timezone.
It happens because displayDate() helper calls Carbon::tz() on the date with the provided timezone and defaults it to null.
But if Carbon::tz() receives null, it doesn't change the timezone of the date. Instead it returns the timezone string.
On the blade templates displayDate() is called without providing a timezone, so it shows the timezone instead of the date/time.
I sent a PR to fix this issue defaulting the timezone to what is defined on the config/app timezone value, if no timezone is explicitly provided.
