Openssl version update in dep makefile #21

Checkout the commit VCVRack@c52d126
it updates the name of the current openssl version. My make dep didn't work because the 1.1.0h version is not available anymore. Just change the dep/Makefile to the openssl-1.1.1.f wherever it appears.
