Logging out of the TRE portal does not log out Guacamole sessions

Describe the bug

Logging out of the TRE portal does not log out Guacamole VM sessions.

Furthermore closing your browser after this also does not log out the Guacamole VM session - however this is now logged seperately under #4420

I think this is because the TRE portal and Guacamole instances are seperate Entra Applications, however it is misleading for users. I had (incorrectly) assumed signing out of the TRE would mean signing out of all TRE browser windows for the same session - including Guacamole.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to the TRE portal
2. Open a Guacamole VM session in a workspace
3. Log out of the TRE portal
4. Refresh the Guacamole VM session browser window - session is still active
