Function for retrieving ISP from IP

Would it be possible to create a function that works similarly to geo_info_from_ip_address() , but instead of providing geolocation info for that IP address display information about the ISP managing the IP address. This would be very useful for identifying and filtering IPs that are operated by major companies in detection analytics.
