I have placed a cube with directed light in the scene and took the build for HoloLens 2.
In unreal game mode(run time) and also after deploying the build into the HoloLens 2, only two faces of the cube are visible, while the remaining four faces are completely transparent. I've attached an image for your reference.
I used Unreal 5.0.3 and MRTK 0.12.1 for developing the HoloLens 2 build.
