[Video Conference] Ability to freeze camera (use last video frame as image)

Description of the new feature / enhancement

This feature would consist of a new hotkey that freezes the video feed from the original camera and uses the last frame as overlay image

Scenario when this would be used?

It is important sometimes to make it not obvious that you've muted your camera, freezing the image would make it much more organic.

Supporting information

OBS does have a plugin that freezes the camera (https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/freeze-filter.950/) but it would be better if I didn't have the overhead of a streaming software just to use a feature that feels very simple in nature like this
