Hi, what do you mean with can't open PowerToys? What are you trying to open. Is it the tray icon process that's not running? Or is it running but it's not opening Settings when you click / double-click? Or is it some specific utility that's not working for you? |
Hi, I mean when I double click on tray icon it’s not opening setting.

I'm seeing the similar behavior. Neither "Quick Access" nor "Settings" will open. |

I'm dealing with the same issue. I've updated to 0.88.0 and the issue persists. Originally, functions would not trigger though uninstalling and reinstalling fixed that. Neither settings nor quick access open however. |
I've had this issue for a while. Powertoys ran and showed trayicon, but couldn't open settings. Just updated to 0.88.0 to see if that was fixed, but it's persisting. In earlier closed thread I could see Rivatuner seemed to be the culprit, but I don't have that or any overclocking apps installed. I'm on Windows 11 on a Surface Pro 8 16gb. |
The issue went away today. I didn't do anything special. It just opened
normally this time.
