`aspire describe` should have an option to include hidden resources

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

When viewing resources in the dashboard, ther eis a "Show hidden resources" option to show hidden resources such as the dashboard.

There is no way to list these resources out with aspire describe

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd expect to see a --include-hidden option which I can pass to aspire describe in order to show those hidden resources like I can in the dashboard.
