Try out hot reload, please provide feedback and/or file bugs!

I've made some improvements to our hot reload support. We are, of course, still gated by the limits of hot reload (like type signature changes)... however, I've tried to do as many fixes to make lots of edits to the tree work. we attempt to save state and do reloads dynamically, and will even attempt a full reset (preserving as much as we can) if we hit an error.

Would be great to hear how it goes for you, hopefully we can try to make more cases work
