Applying BiGCARP to other genomes

Hi,

I'm interested in using BiGCARP and understanding its output. I read the publication but, the README is hard to follow, especially as someone who doesn't have expertise in deep learning. Are there any demonstrations for how to use BiGCARP on genomes of interest, similar to what DeepBGC did.
