Inverse Folding and Scoring

Hello,
I'm trying to achieve a functionality similar to ProteinMPNN or ESM-IF with MIF: Starting from a structure (PDB) and designing new sequences. I wasn't sure how to do it following the readme. Is this doable? Please advise.
